The villa includes 2 panoramic terraces under the trees. These are open to the beauty of the surrounding
Tuscan countryside and to the pool where it is a pleasure to have lunch and dinner. Two large tables has been
set up in the garden to provide a perfect place for sitting outdoors, dining or just for admiring the superb
views over the gently rolling Chianti hills.

Villa Caselline is secluded 800 meters from the bituminized road. It is accessible only by means of a private
driveway. It is located 3 km away from the town of Montespertoli, 25 km from Florence (international airport),
30 km from Siena and 50 km from Pisa (international airport).
Swimming pool
In the midst of olive groves with a full southern exposure, the swimming pool (6 m x 12 m - available from
May1st through October 31 st.) ensures sun continuously from morning to evening

This Tuscan country house belongs to an artist who is a renowned director, actor of modern theatre: Yves
Lebreton During the rental period, the owner lives in the restored barn behind the main house in order to
guarantee to guests total independence, complete privacy and the exclusive use of the swimming pool.
The accommodations are on two floors.
First floor: a beautiful large kitchen- laundry/utility room - 1 suite with parlour, bedroom with large bed,
private bathroom / shower, wc and terrace - 1 bedroom with large bed and private bathroom / shower, wc -
an office room with Internet connexion, fax and photocopy - a large dining room with 2 tables seating 16 and
a parlour - a beautifull living room with big Tuscan fireplace, a comfortable sofa with two armchairs and
direct access to the green terrace open on the panoramic view.
Second floor: 5 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with large bed, private bathroom with tub/shower and wc - 1 bedroom
